PHASE 1: CLIENT ONBOARDING

Here we get you onboarded into everything We Clone You and book your kick-off call in order to start the sourcing process and hit the ground running:

• Joining private client communities and our team communication platform.

• Adding the group call calendar to schedule.

• Getting access to the digital training library.

• Completing the client onboarding form.

• Booking your client kick-off call.

⏰ Est. Timeline: 1 - 2 days.

PHASE 2: MASSIVE CLARITY & DISCOVERY

The bulk of this is generally done on our kick-off call and also from conversations with our team prior to joining. At this stage we focus on gaining massive clarity into all of the things we’ll want to delegate, automate and systematize inside of your business to identify the key virtual assistant roles you will need in order to scale. ⏰ Est. Timeline: 1 - 2 days.

PHASE 3: SOURCING, VETTING, HIRING, & BUILDING YOUR VIRTUAL WORKFORCE

At this stage we start our sourcing, vetting, interviewing and matching process. For more information on our sourcing/hiring process, please refer HERE. Once we have candidates we think will be a great fit for your business, we connect you together for your own round of interviews. Once you decide who to hire, we move onto Phase 4 - Onboarding & Training of Your Virtual Workforce.

PHASE 4: ONBOARDING & TRAINING YOUR VIRTUAL WORKFORCE

Once we have chosen the best possible team members to place on your virtual workforce, and you have approved these candidates, we proceed to help you onboard them into your business and put them through our initial training process to give them valuable business skill sets that will serve them well as they start to work for your business and work with our team.

PHASE 5: IN-DEPTH, ONGOING TRAINING

Throughout our working relationship, we will continue to give training, support and provide accountability to all virtual team members we have placed in your business. We do this through our frequent ongoing group coaching calls, one on one calls, and message based communications between our team and yours.

PHASE 6: ULTIMATE SYSTEMS BUILDOUT

Refer to our Ultimate Systems Checklist for more information. Here we focus on working with your virtual workforce and our clients to give your business a complete systems makeover (if needed) and install as many relevant and useful automations, integrations and systems inside of your business that would make it run more efficiently at scale saving you time, money and reducing human errors in the process.

⏰ Est. Timeline: Within 1 month of having your virtual workforce staffed and trained.

PHASE 7: ACCOUNTABILITY, MEASURING, MANAGING, OPTIMIZING

We check in frequently with your virtual team members and our clients to ensure things are running smoothly and tangible results are being realized. Any road bumps, bottlenecks, or optimizations inside of your business that we identify are addressed on a one-on-one call, group call with your team, or other form of communication to ensure any problems get resolved and any opportunities get capitalized on throughout our working relationship together. Here we help you maximize each of your virtual team members. ⏰ Est. Timeline: Ongoing for duration of program.

PHASE 8: RINSE & REPEAT

Once we have success with the first batch of virtual team members and they are all up to speed, working hard in your business, saving you time and making you more money, we then want to rinse and repeat successful actions.

At this stage we identify which will be the most important next hires for your business, and complete phases 3, 4, and 5 again to get the next round of virtual team members producing results for your business.
